What the Monthly Support Includes:

 

Burnout Risk & Cognitive Strain Support

Individual or small-group sessions focused on identifying burnout risk, cognitive overload, and early warning signs. The emphasis is on understanding strain patterns, restoring coping capacity, and reducing long-term risk, rather than performance management.

 

Leadership Support & Guidance

Ongoing support for managers and leaders navigating pressure, complexity, and responsibility. Focus areas may include decision fatigue, role strain, communicaiton challenges, emotional load, and leading teams during periods of stress or change.

 

Team Dynamics & Functioning

Targeted support to address team-level strain, breakdowns in collaboration, trust issues, and recurring friction. Interventions are practical and context-sensitive, aimed at stabilising teams and improving day-to-day functioning.

 

Communication & Boundary Skills

Practical guidance and skills support around assertive communication, boundary-setting, clarity, difficult conversations, and conflict-navigation, particularly in high-demand or emotionally charged environments.

 

Assessment-Informed Insight (When Appropriate) 

When relevant and agreed upfront, assessment tools may be used to support understanding related to role fit, leadership development, or team dynamics. All use is purposeful, ethical, and feedback-driven, not routine or blanket testing.

  • Includes ±8–10 hours of service per month.

  • R20,000 – R28,000 per month.

  • Includes ±12–16 hours of service per month + quarterly onsite team or leadership intervention.

  • R30 000 – R45 000 per month.

  • Includes ±20+ hours per month, quarterly strategic sessions, annual team diagnostics, and priority access.
